Bycar Engineering Ltd. has been in business since 2002. We have since grown to a company of 17 strong. We have encouraged a strong family approach in our office and it has paid off by attracting employees with similar principals toward quality commitment and service.
We are committed to being team members and working together with other disciplines for coordinated final product. We are committed to keeping the project progress on or ahead of schedule. With this and our commitment to coordination allows us to foresee potential concerns and coordinate issues with sufficient time for ourselves and others to address them properly.
We have courteous design professionals which take pride in coordination. We understand that most change orders are caused by poor design coordination and pride ourselves on our communication and coordination. We consistently use design checklists and internal peer reviews as a quality control measure. All our projects are also reviewed by another senior employee not involved in the project to provide a fresh set of eyes on the project.
In order for each facility to operate effectively and efficiently, there is a requirement for careful consideration of mechanical systems which are functional, energy efficient, and easily maintainable. Bycar will ensure energy efficiency approaches will be reviewed with the entire design team in order to produce cost effective design solutions which maximize systems technology and effectiveness.

We consistently use design checklists as quality control measures. All of our projects are also reviewed by other in-house Senior employees who are not directly involved with the project. This allows for a “fresh” set of eyes to review the project, ensuring that small items are picked up and having a quality product delivered to the client.
All design staff have a sound understanding of HVAC, plumbing and sprinkler principles and design, with experience across a variety of project types and sizes. The vast amount of design and construction experience grounds our designs with value engineering to suit the use, budget and energy efficiency of each project on a individual basis. Practical designs with a focus on construction and costs are our main objective.
Our office is compromised of 3 Principals, 9 senior level employees (13+ years of design experience), 3 draftsmen, and 2 administrative staff.
